General

The legislative framework for the protection of personal data within the European Union has changed. General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), (EU) 2016/679 is in force from 25 May 2018 and repeals the national legislations of EU member states. So, the pre-applied legislation for the protection of personal data in Greece (law 2472/1997) is also repealed and the GDPR provisions are in force.

The AeroPhoto Co Ltd company acknowledges and places primary importance on compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework concerning the compliance with privacy policy and the protection of individuals in general from the processing of Personal Data.

The Company faithfully implements the provisions of the in force national legislation, as amended at the time, as well as the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (henceforth «Regulation») on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, in order to be in full compliance with the requirements of Regulation and to provide the highest possible level of protection to everyone who deals with the company.

The purpose of this notice is to inform all partners and non-, who are attributing in any way to the Company, about the processing of your Personal Data and how Company applies data protection principles, in the context of operation and development of the Company and of your business relationship with it, as provided for in Regulation and in its specific implementation framework.
